This setting determines whether or not the PHP errors and warnings will be displayed on your webhost.
This setting allows two options: “Yes” or “No”.
This setting should be set to “No” for live sites, it may be set to “Yes” for debugging development sites.
If you turn this setting off and still see warnings or notices, your web host ma be misconfigured, and you will need to open a trouble ticket with them to correct the problem. Please feel free to refer them to this knowledge base entry:

Some web hosts mistakenly configure this setting ON for their servers, with some web hosts going so far as to force you to have it on, and disable your ability to turn it off. This is a configuration error on their part as this function is never intended to be enabled for live sites per the PHP documentation.Please refer to the PHP Documentation for Display Errors:
